At Chrysalis, over 70% of the ingredients used in your meals come directly from the farms surrounding the retreat center. Our menu is guided by what is in season, crafted around the fresh offerings from the sea, and shaped by the ‘Aina.

This is an opportunity to step away from the buzz of your life, the notifications and social media. There are so few chances in life to truly pause. We offer a phone-free retreat. You are invited to fully step away from your phone for the week, but we do not confiscate devices. As long as you keep it out of sight, we are happy.
